It has been found that GJEPC or IIJS or Signature name is frequently being used by international firms’ viz. Expo Guide/ExpoFairs/FairGuide.com/Construct Data Verlag target companies through exhibition guidesinviting members to sign or return an online free listing order form which does not clearly specify the respondents that their action will bind them to anannual advertising fee and failure to honor the signed order will call for legal action.

These publications have no connection with us or any of our events. We strongly advise our exhibitors, and the entire exhibition community, to be most vigilant against this and similar organisations

To protect members’ interest and avoid any mishappening, we would like to alert all members that whenever you receive an invitation to supply your company brochures with an authorized signature stating free service etc. in the preface paragraph, please read all the contents carefully before you respond.

We would like to clarify that Council’s Official communication tools include our Exhibitors’ Catalogue and our show websites www.iijs.gjepc.org , www.iijs-signature.org
