Gareth Penny has put in his resignation from the Chairmanship of Pangolin Diamonds Corporation, effective  March 31, 2018, the Company announced today.

Penny will be stepping down “due to other time commitments” Pangolin said, but will remain as an advisor to the Board.

“The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Penny for his contribution as Chairman and looks forward to his further contributions in the future,” the Company said.
