Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor inaugurated a new showroom of Malabar Gold & Diamonds in Belagavi in Karnataka on April 30. This is the jeweller’s 150th store worldwide and its 15th in the state, the Company said in an announcement.

Other dignitaries present on the occasion were Prabhakar Kore, Rajya Sabha MP, Sarita Patil, Mayor, M P Ahammed, Chairman, Malabar Group and O Asher, Managing Director, Malabar Gold and Diamonds.

The large and spacious showroom with artistically decorated interiors is in a prime shopping location on College Road. It will offer a large collection of traditional as well as contemporary jewellery in gold, certified diamonds, platinum and precious stone jewellery. The jeweller’s sub brands such as Mine (diamond jewellery), Era (uncut diamond jewellery), Precia (precious gem jewellery), Divine (Indian heritage jewellery), Ethnix (handcrafted designer jewellery), Starlet (kid’s jewellery) and Hi (casual jewellery) will also be available.
