In order to mark their appreciation of the members of their organisation who have been with them for over five years – constituting 40% of their staff – as well as to celebrate  the group’s success, BVC Ventures hosted its first BVC Millionight on 17th January 2015. “A hundred and eighty employees, who have been associated with the group for five to thirty five years, were recognized for their contribution to the company,” a note from BVC stated.

Bhavik Chinai, Director, BVC Ventures addressing the 500-strong group present at the event said, “It is a momentous day for BVC Ventures as we are celebrating the success and growth of our employees along with the group. BVC Ventures has quadrupled in size in the past two years and this has been possible only due to our employees who have displayed true dedication to the company over their long tenures. We are grateful for their support and believe they are partners in our success.”

Chairman of the Group,  Uday Chinai, handed over the trophies to the those employees who were being recognised for their commitment and contribution.

The company now plans to make BVC Millionight an annual event in order to motivate employees, enhance their engagement with the organisation and to update them on the group’s growth and goals.
