Damas Opens 23 Stores in Middle East in 2014

Leading Middle East jewellery and watch retailer Damas continued to expand its network across the Middle East opening 23 new stores and removating a few more during 2014. The jeweller now has 300 points of sale across the region. Fifteen of the new stores were in the UAE, five in Saudi Arabia, one in Kuwait and two stores in Oman.

During the year, Damas continued to pursue its ‘two store format’ strategy with Damas retail outlets showcasing some of the prestigious international brands, and the ' Damas Collections' retail outlets offering a variety of innovative in-house styles. The jeweller also renovated three of its outlets located mainly in the UAE and Oman.

Damas Collections stores include designs from well-known Damas brands such as Hayati, Spring, Orana and Farfasha; while the Damas stores assemble exclusive collections from leading global jewellery designers including Forevermark, Roberto Coin, Pasquale Bruni, Magerit, Utopia and Baraka.
