Dharmanandan Introduces Help Guide on WhatsApp for Improved Services

Dharmanandan Diamonds has introduced what it describes as “a frictionless instant messaging help-guide on WhatsApp”.

“Integrated with the Dharmanandan iOS or Android application, the instant messaging service assists clients with what they need to know about the diamonds in inventory,” said Dharmanandan. “For instance, a client may require information on a diamond they seek and using the WhatsApp tool, the information will be provided with an image or video of that particular diamond right away. Clients may  also incorporate a  customised keyboard developed by DDPL, with multiple options for this service, to make it even handier.”

The help-guide is a result of the efforts of Dharmanandan’s research and development centre, established 10 years ago. The R&D team includes 10 professionals led by Vipul Sutariya, a director of Dharmanandan.  The company adds that “innovation and a customer-centric approach” have been at the core of Dharmanandan.

This approach is also reflected in the workings of Eon Jewellery, a unit of Dharmanandan, where a number of innovative and customer-friendly features have been introduced. “The latest feature -- 360 degree videos and images of the designs -- are replacing the past practice of making sample articles,” explained Dharmanandan. “To take it even further, Eon Jewellery is also offering their clients a free  professional Digital Image Catalogue of their purchase.”

Apart from this, the company has in place a Quotation Management System (QMS) which “helps clients make selections with ease and even works without Internet connectivity once it is synced”.

Also, the company says, “The clients can track an order's status as its being crafted via the Process Status Report. Dedicated designers and portfolio managers are allocated to every client to develop designs according to their needs and mange their commercials. Exclusivity of the designs are given to these clients to lead them to better performance and Eon Jewellery considers it their unique selling proposition.”
