Innovative manufacturers of high end tech gadgets and some select luxury designers are redefining luxury itself by introducing diamond studded models of the exclusive iPhone 6, already a symbol of affluence itself. The latest in this category is the new Lux iPhone 6 Diamond Select, an exclusive model from Brikk, a luxury technology-driven brand in the US.

The Lux iPhone 6 Diamond Select has 9.24 carats (for the iPhone 6) or 12.8 carats (for the iPhone6 Plus) of handset diamonds on its frame. These are set on the four sides and top and bottom strip on the back of the phone. The classic Apple logo on the back of the phone is also completely set in diamonds. The diamonds are perfect VVS clarity, DE colour, conflict-free, natural diamonds.

Both models are available in finished in 24k yellow gold, 24k pink gold, or 950 platinum.

Each phone comes with a diamond-embedded certificate of authenticity.

At least two other companies have introduced similar versions of the iPhone 6 in the last few months. One is the US luxury brand, Falcon which offered a rose-gold iPhone 6 with a pink diamond or a blue sapphire mounted on the back. Another is the UK based luxury designer Alexander Amosu which introduced two premium versions of the iPhone 6, one with a 24-karat yellow and rose gold plating; the second, additionally studded with diamonds on the back and bezels on all four sides.
