Forevermark’s Fourth Partner Forum Held in Florida, USA

The fourth Forevermark Partner Forum, a platform for interaction of the company with their select authorised retailers, was held recently in Orlando, Florida. The Forum, attended by 400 participants was addressed by, amongst others, Forevermark's CEO, Stephen Lussier, and Forevermark U.S.'s president, Charles Stanley. They spoke about “the challenges facing the diamond industry and how Forevermark can be the bridge to creative opportunity to drive retailer business and profit,” said the company in a press release.

At the Forum, Peter Sheahan, an invite speaker noted, “The fact that the world of retail diamond sales is changing is not new to anyone. Whether you be dealing with commoditisation, the emergence of online channels, or shifts in the customer’s perception of value -- it is crucial that as a leader you take the time to stop, internalise and take a fresh look at how to most effectively respond to those changes.”

Jon Fey, of Fey & Co. Jewelers, the brand’s retailer partner said, “Selling Forevermark makes the diamond buying process easier for my clients. I can just talk about the beauty and story of the diamonds as opposed to staring at a grading report and breaking down the 4 Cs.”

Forevermark had also commissioned New York dance couple, Kwikstep & Rokafella, to debut a duo inspired by their interpretation of leading change.  “The performance highlighted the Forevermark White Party,” the company concluded.
