Establsihed  Bollywood producer Karan Johar has collaborated with upmarket jewellery retailer Gehna Jewellers to launch a signature collection titled 'KJo For Gehna'. The collection was unveiled at a special event held at Aqaba in Mumbai attended by Bollywood stars and city socialites.

The collection comprises men's and women's ornaments including brooches, cocktail rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and lapel pins in a variety of metals and precious stones. The designs are glamorous yet wearable with a contemporary look and feel.

A highlight of the launch was the grooming and styling class that Johar, who also hosts a popular celebrity chat show on TV, with two well-known actresses Ileana D'Cruz and Nimrat Kaur.

“I have always enjoyed designing and at the same time, I am always open to experimentation,” said Johar, adding that he was quick to accept the offer from Sunil Datwani to do a jewellery line for Gehna.
