The 29th edition of Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair (June Fair) will open on June 23 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) with 2,198 local and overseas exhibitors from 41 countries and regions spread across 16 specialty zones.

The Diamond and Gemstone Pavilions will be among the largest, housing 480 and 501 diamantaires and gemstone suppliers respectively. There are 17 participating group pavilions from Australia, Antwerp, Brazil, mainland China, Colombia, Germany, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan region, Thailand, Turkey, the United States and the International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA).

The Hong Kong Premier Pavilion and the Fine Design Pavilion & Fine Gem Pavilion will be among the other attractions.

The Mineral, Gem and Fossil Asia will run concurrently at the Convention Hall in HKCEC where a wide range of the world’s rare mineral specimens, rough gemstones and fossils will be on display.

Other highlights of the four day event will be the Diamond Auction by PJSC ALROSA and seminars on lab-grown diamonds and Mogok rubies.
