The third edition of the Israel Diamond Week in New York, to be held November 10-13, 2014, will have over 100 Israeli diamantaires displaying a wide variety of diamonds, including fancy shapes, fancy coloured diamonds and lots of larger goods. The event is organised by the Diamond Dealers Club of New York (DDC) and the Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE).

The four-day event sees participation from a large number of diamond buying jewellery manufacturers and jewellery retailers who otherwise rarely visit the bourse to source their requirements.

IDE President Shmuel Schnitzer said that the Diamond Week timing makes it a good opportunity for buying prior to the holiday sales season.

The IDE has announced that the next Israel Diamond Week will take place February 8-12, 2015, at the Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE) in Ramat Gan. As a special promotion, diamond buyers participating in the event at New York can take part in a special raffle and have a chance to win a free flight and guaranteed, free hotel accommodation to Israel during the February show.
