Kiran Gems Pvt Ltd has joined hands with Smile Foundation in an endeavour to provide quality education to underprivileged children through the Mission Education programme. The partnership began with educational support for 100 girls across India. Kiran will take care of educational requirements and the nutrition of these girls for the coming academic session. 

For the company, education and healthcare are top priorities amongst  its social initiatives, which run on a regular basis. With the Smile initiative, Kiran has expanded its girls' education programme countrywide.  The company supports female education because it believes that they are the first ones to be affected in the challenging social set up. Also, if a female is educated in a family, the family as a whole benefits.

Kiran Gems also runs many other programmes for the same cause. Dinesh Lakhani, director of the company said, “It is a small start toward addressing the ‘Female Education programme’ at a pan-India level with Smile Foundation. We look forward to supporting more candidates under the ambit of this programme in the future.”
