Specialist rough and polished diamond tender house, Koin International has announced two rough diamond sales to be held in Antwerp in the month of April.

The first, for which viewings will be held from April 6-14, will feature over 50,000 carats of original rough production from Ekapa Minerals, the Company said.  The sale will include all sizes and qualities, including large single stones and an exquisite 27ct intense fancy yellow, it added.

Koin said that this will be the first Ekapa Minerals sale to include the new production from their recent purchase from De Beers of their substantial tailings in Kimberley, South Africa.

The announcement said that Koin International and Ekapa Minerals expect this quantity to increase with each upcoming sale.

Another tender will feature original South Af​rican assortments from Diamcor Mining and Klipspringer. The sale will be held in Antwerp from April 11-14, 2016.
