The first meeting of the Grievance Redressal Committee, organised by the Regional DGFT, Mumbai, was held today at its Mumbai Office, under the Chairmanship of the Additional DGFT, Dr. Sonia Sethi.

Grievance Redressal Committees were set up at by the Office of the DGFT through a Trade Notice No. 14/2015-2020 dated 24th August, 2016, both at its headquarters as well as at the zonal level, to address grievances of members of concerned industry associations. The Chairman of the GJEPC and its Executive Director (ED) are Members of the Committee.

The meeting held in Mumbai today was attended by the ED of the GJEPC who raised various issues of concern to the organisation’s members.
