A large number of Indian diamantaires are part of the Select Diamantaire 2015 list published by Rio Tinto Diamonds on its website recently. The company says that “Select Diamantaires are guaranteed a regular and consistent supply of rough diamonds originating from Rio Tinto’s diamond mines” and they “offer diamonds, both rough and polished, from three distinct product streams generated by Rio Tinto’s Argyle, Diavik and Murowa mines”.
