Barely had the market absorbed the news of the upheaval at Dominion Diamond Corporation and the various statements on the same, came an announcement from the Company stating that two of its directors –   Dr. Fiona Perrott-Humphrey and Ollie Oliveira – have resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company for “personal reasons”. The brief announcement was made on Christmas Eve, December 24th. 

“On behalf of the Board, we would like to thank Dr. Fiona Perrott-Humphrey and Mr. Ollie Oliveira for their contribution and support during their tenure,” said Robert A. Gannicott, Chair of the Board, and Daniel Jarvis, Lead Director of the Board
