World Diamond Mark Launches Revamped B2B website

The World Diamond Mark (WDM) has launched a completely revamped B2B website, at www.worlddiamondmark.org, reflecting the changes and developments the WDM has gone through since the organisation put its first website online in 2014. The revamped site also details the WDM Authorised Diamond Dealer (WDM ADD) programmes and the many, unique benefits to members.

WDM Chairman and CEO Alex Popov describes the new website as "more intuitively structured". Elaborating, he says, “From the home page, visitors can directly continue to information about the WDM Authorised Diamond Dealer (ADD) programme, the WDM's "prime directive".

The site also has an 'Our activities' tab which lists details like the foundation of the World Diamond Museum, WDM’s consumer diamond promotion strategies, Retail Opinion Poll and the World Diamond Magazine as important milestones.

WDM Programme Director Krisztina Kalman-Schueler added that the Membership gives relevant information about the WDM Authorised Diamond Dealer (ADD) programmes and membership benefits.

She adds, “Industry members can sign up for our newsletter, the WDMonthly, to remain up-to-date on new WDM ADD benefits, the WDMuseum and other WDM activities."

The WDM is currently in the process of evaluating a number of new member applications by retail jewellers.

The WDM will also soon launch a B2C website, which will be launched under the domain of passion.diamonds and trust.diamonds. "While there is a temporary website on the domain already, the new B2C website will form the ultimate link between the consumer and the retailers who have joined us, i.e. WDM Authorised Diamond Dealers. The site will be ready in late November-early December, just in time to help consumers find the diamonds they are looking for during their holiday shopping," Popov announced.
