A delegation from Gemological Institute of America (GIA) had a meeting with committee members of GJEPC in Jaipur during their visit to the city yesterday. The key point on the agenda was a discussion on the possibilities of cooperation between the two bodies for joint promotion of coloured gemstones.

The GIA delegation included Tom Moses, Executive Vice President, Chief Laboratory and Research Officer and member of the Governing Board, Nirupa Bhatt, MD – India & Middle East, GIA and Ms Jennifer Wilson, Senior Vice President and General Counsel.

Council was represented by Pramod Agarwal, Chairman, Nirmal Kumar Bardiya, Regional Chairman- Jaipur, and CoA members Kishan Das Maheshwari and Rambabu Gupta both from Jaipur.
