The IIJS Premiere Exhibitor Meet in Kolkata, organised by the GJEPC Eastern Region Office in late April, was attended by representatives of 35 companies.

Sabyasachi Ray, Executive Director, GJEPC welcomed the exhibitors of the region and informed them about the activities of the GJEPC. He touched upon the recent trade agreements signed with UAE and Australia and explained their benefits to the gem and jewellery industry. 

Thereafter, Shailesh Sangani, Convener, National Exhibition Committee gave a presentation on forthcoming IIJS Premiere, IIJS Signature and IIJS Tritiya shows. He elaborated on the highlights of space application and booking options for a single show and three shows. Sangani also pointed out the benefits of participating in all three shows, discounts available and refund procedure, etc.
